Duties: Oversaw the management, of the artistic and technical elements and quality of this full-time year round theatre. As staff manager I reported to the theatre board of directors, monthly. Planned and created budget for the theatre operation and production for the fiscal year, which reached up to $350,000 a year. Oversaw and managed the budget. Theatre producing duties: overseeing all production work, quality and deadlines, direct plays on occasion, hired and fired needed management and production staff; full-filled strategic planning and operational issues. I was Representative to the community as theatre head and Artistic manager and director of theatre. We produced12 theatre productions a year, presented several rental events for the community and I managed all activity for the theatre both as a producing house and presenting house.

Duties: to meet and plan the professional season for the university, funded by the
office of the president. These events are to help get more arts and culture into
a community that is lacking, due to location and resources; by bringing professional
lectures to touring shows from art museums to Broadway touring presentations.
Cultural Studies Research Center Group, (2010-11) - Texas A & M University- Kingsville
Duties: assisted in a cross-disciplinary, grant funded, study of the culture of South
Texas and how Hispanic heritage has either influenced or been influenced by the social
aspects of culture, my input was in response to the arts and live performance in our region

- Fall 2011, Toured a 27 foot truck loaded with our full production of Bethlehem, and 12 students which we first performed here on the AMK campus, and 22 students to the Theatre Festival to San Jacinto College KCACTF compete.
- Spring 2011 – Invited to be guest respondent for Texas A & M University, Corpus Christi’s production of Urinetown the musical, directed by Allison Frost, professor at TAMUCC theatre.
- Spring 2011, Toured with 15 TAMUK students to the KCACTF Festival to the Regional level. The play Boxcar was first alternate. The festival was in Amarillo Texas. We brought 6 Irene Ryan Students competing for Acting Scholarships and we brought the full play reading presentation of the play Las Cartas the students’ written production, which was invited, which won two awards in the state festival.
- Fall 2010, We toured a 27 foot truck loaded with two full productions Boxcar and Las Cartas and 22 students to the Theatre Festival, KCACTF San Jacinto South.
